HLA 449 - Appreciative Coaching in Healthcare

The course focuses on the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry with emphasis on coaching. Appreciative Inquiry is the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system's capacity to explore issues and innovation from a positive frame. Prerequisites: declared HLL, HWM, PHHL or instructor permission and HLA director notification. Grade only. Offered at least once annually (usually summer session).
