Come over to the Wabasha Recreation Center and have fun inside our indoor Climbing Center! The WSU Climbing Center is one of the largest university climbing walls in the Midwest and features:
- Nearly 6,000 square feet of climbing surface
- 32 top ropes
- 2 bouldering walls up to 14ft tall
- Belay ledge
Our Wellness Team will show you the Warrior Wellness Facilities and then take you on a leisurely walk to downtown Winona where you will see the Mississippi River levee and where we will point out our favorite restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Included will be a WSU T-shirt drawing (6 or more shirts will be given away) after you return to campus at 4:30 p.m. in IWC Room 138! All participants will get candy, too!

Mental health issues affect a lot of students, and the stress of starting college can make existing mental health issues worse or contribute to the initial struggles with a mental health condition. Learn how to recognize if you or a friend is struggling, and what you can do to help. Resources on campus and the Green Bandana project, a peer-to-peer program to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention, will be discussed.

Meet at the Fire Feature Patio in front of the Student Union (Kryzsko) to form or join a team. You will be assigned to one of the 3 Residence Hall Volleyball Courts: Sheehan, Quad, and Prentiss-Lucas. Games will start every 30 minutes between 1-4 p.m. Treats will be provided too!
