I am having difficulty locating the housing application online and was hoping for some assistance. Every time I click the link for the housing application, it sends me to a site to register for courses.

If you look at the left toolbar there is a link that says 'Login'.  You click on that to take you to the main log-in page where you will enter your StarID and password for access to the Winona State University eServices site.  Also, you can find step-by-step instructions on the Apply for Housing website.
