Help with Laptop or Tablet Issues

Where can I get help if my computer or tablet breaks or has issues?


The Technical Support Center, located in Somsen Hall 207, is where students, faculty and staff can get assistance with hardware and software issues with mobile devices.  The front desk staff will ask for your Warrior ID and a brief explanation of the issue(s) you are experiencing and ask you to be seated until one of the Tech Support technicians are free to assist you. Generally, the wait time is 5 minutes or less, with total resolution of the issue within 45 minutes. Please anticipate longer wait times the first two weeks of the semester.
