The Technical Support Center, located in Somsen 207, will help you if your WSU laptop/tablet gets damaged or doesn't work properly. Staff at the TSC front desk will ask for your Warrior ID and a brief explanation of the damage or the problem(s) you are having and ask you to be seated until one of the TSC technicians is free to help you. Wait time to see a technician is generally less than 5 minutes, and it should take 45 minutes or less for your problem to be resolved.
