Event Description
Winona State University will host "White Teachers and Diverse Classrooms: A Guide to Building Inclusive Schools, Promoting High Expectations and Eliminating Racism."

Jule Landsman, author of "White Teachers/Diverse Classrooms," will be the keynote speaker for the workshop.  Landsman's book addresses the issue that students of color may find school to be a place of low expectations and failure instead of learning.
